An Account Manager at Pivotal Software in New York, Jason Ritzzo laid the foundation for his career in business-to-business sales and communications by earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Technology Management from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU. While still in college, Jason Ritzzo completed an internship as a sales representative at ADP, where he was responsible for qualifying all inbound leads and managing inquiries related to product packaging and pricing.

In 2010, Jason Ritzzo took on the position of Account Executive at Trepp, LLC. Utilizing Salesforce CRM, he maintained a prospecting and tracking platform, and he also conducted product presentations and price negotiations with customers. In 2012, he joined Ooyala, Inc., as a Strategic Sales-Development Representative, working closely with business-solutions managers. As a result of his efforts, he advanced to the position of Account Executive I by 2014, and, by 2015, he fulfilled the duties of Senior Account Executive III.

In 2018, Jason Ritzzo joined Pivotal, a Dell Technologies company. Which he achieves by developing new business and advancing current client relationships through a collaborative and customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement. Pivotal Software offers an application platform that supports cloud native applications/Kubernetes for the Fortune 100.
